Returns & Refunds Policy

At BioPeptiq, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Verification

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product selections, quantities, billing information, and delivery details are accurate before completing an order.

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been confirmed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify BioPeptiq within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.

Upon verification of a valid claim, BioPeptiq may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Provide store credit
  • Issue a refund where appropriate

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, BioPeptiq does not accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Improperly stored
  • Altered or tampered with
  • Damaged after delivery

Returns will also not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Failure to review product information prior to purchase

4. Lost or Missing Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

BioPeptiq will work directly with the courier provider to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is the result of an error by BioPeptiq or a verified product defect.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
